ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed as soon as payment for the ordered goods is received in our account. The average processing time is 2 working days for products that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

The average processing time for products manufactured by us (e.g. all Cottonmix Cake products) is 7 working days.

If any difficulties arise with the fulfilment of your order, you will be informed by email or telephone.

DELIVERY

Ordered goods are delivered via InPost courier services or Poczta Polska. Shipping costs are calculated automatically, regardless of the weight of the order, and will appear in the shopping basket summary with a detailed breakdown.

Please select one of the following delivery options:

  • Poczta Polska parcel

  • InPost parcel locker

  • InPost courier delivery

  • Personal collection

The following delivery methods are available within Poland:

1. Poczta Polska parcel (regardless of weight):

  • Postal parcel – PLN 14

2. InPost parcel locker:

  • PLN 16

3. InPost courier delivery (prepaid):

  • PLN 18

4. Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt to the postman or courier:

a) Poczta Polska letter or parcel (regardless of weight) – PLN 18
b) InPost parcel locker (cash on delivery) – PLN 20
c) Courier delivery (cash on delivery) – PLN 23

5. Free delivery for orders over PLN 250

For prepaid orders over PLN 250 (excluding delivery costs), delivery within Poland is FREE OF CHARGE.

6. Personal collection in Olsztyn – PLN 0.00

Collection is available in Olsztyn (Dajtki district). As we do not operate a permanent physical retail outlet, collection must be arranged in advance by email at: kontakt@wloczkiwarmii.pl or by telephone: +48 602 735 745.

Please note that payment upon collection is not possible. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer. This is because, as an online retailer, all transactions must be recorded in our company account.

It is also possible to arrange home delivery within Olsztyn.

7. International shipping

Courier delivery – PLN 65.00.
